Spinach Salad with Berries and Walnuts

This spinach salad is packed with anti-inflammatory goodness and is also easy, beautiful and delicious!

Spinach Salad with Berries and Walnuts

INGREDIENTS

- 5 oz. bag baby spinach

- 1/2 cup blueberries, washed

- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts

- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese


For the dressing:

- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

- ¼ tsp. kosher salt

- Ground pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS


Arrange spinach on a platter or serving bowl. Add berries, nuts and cheese. Whisk dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad. Toss gently.
